  • Brian West MD is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with almost two decades of experience centering on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
  • Brian West MD graduated with honors from the Stanford Medical School, receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Microbiology.
  • Brian West MD would go on to obtain his doctorate of medicine from the University of California at Irvine.
  • His surgical training has given him the opportunity to train at a number of the finest institutions in the United States including Harbor-UCLA, the University of Kansas Medical Center, the Burnett Burn Center of Kansas City, the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, and the Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children-Los Angeles.
  • Brian West MD is formally trained in the arts of plastic and reconstructive surgery, pediatric plastic surgery and pediatric burn reconstruction.

Brian West MD has had the opportunity to publish articles in a number of well-known medical publications that include:

While in surgical training Brian West MD was bestowed a top research award from the California Society of Plastic Surgeons for work with the use of ultra sound in medicine. Brian West MD served as an assistant clinical professor of plastic surgery at the University of California Davis, teaching general surgery and plastic surgery residents.
